This refund policy explains how subscription cancellation and refund requests work for StraitNode purchases processed by Paddle.
Refund review window
Refund requests are reviewed by support against the Paddle transaction and subscription record. Include the account email and Paddle transaction or subscription reference so we can verify the charge.
Recurring subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Active subscribers can manage or cancel renewal through the Paddle portal from Access & Billing.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your account email, Paddle transaction or subscription reference, and the reason for the request. We do not expose a public self-service refund API.
